Back in 2016, Osborne™ shook things up with our new Daily Pay Program with the belief that a driver's paycheck shouldn't be hurt by things they can't control: weather, traffic, shippers/receivers, breakdowns, load availability, etc.
That program was highly successful for our drivers and us, and now we are excited to roll out updated starting pay, increase program, and bonus structure.
Starting June 1, 2021, $215 per day will be our new base pay, and then every six months you'll earn an extra $1 per day, so every six months you are getting an increase! Then on your anniversary date you'll be eligible for a $500 Safety Bonus!
And unlike a lot of complicated bonus programs that require a PHD to figure out, this one is straight forward: No safety write ups in the last 12 months, you get your bonus! Plus, you get to keep earning that extra $1 per day every six months until you reach our current cap of $230/day.
Tired of counting miles & worrying about fluctuating paychecks? At Osborne you can earn the same every week just by showing up. We have a Daily Pay Program where you earn $215 per Day. No more counting miles, racking up detention, worried about getting accessorial pay, or waiting on dispatch: you get paid a flat $215 per day you work. Plus, you'll earn a $1 per day extra for every six months of service! We even guarantee that, as long as you are available for dispatch, you will get paid for five full days each week!*
Depending on your location, we can get you home every weekend or every other weekend. Being home every-other weekend and getting your safety bonus would work out to $67,736 per year; and with every weekend you'd earn $56,030, working five days per week and earning your safety bonus. Our most senior regional driver can earn up to $72,260 for the year depending on their home time schedule and earning their safety bonus.
