Position Summary 
H&O is looking for a dynamic, qualified and experienced individual to join their management team. Reporting directly to the Director of Warehouse Operations, the Asst. Director is responsible for many day to day facets of the business including:
-  Leading Customer Inventories
-  Resolving Inventory Discrepancies for Clients
-  Cycle Counting & Auditing Client Inventories
-  Assisting with the Supervision and Management of Warehouse Employees
-  Oversee Daily Shipping & Receiving Needs of the Customers
-  Periodically Conference, Discipline and/or Retrain Warehouse Staff
-  Develop and Conduct Training Programs with New & Current Staff
-  Spearhead Continuous Improvement Projects
-  Troubleshoot Shipping & Receiving Issues
Ultimately, this individual is key to ensuring the warehouse meets its commitments to our clients. This position demands a strong work ethic, creative problem solving and a commitment to finishing projects and tasks.

A successful applicant will be a detailed oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and demands, all while prioritizing and ultimately accomplishing the needs of the customers and the business. Because customer demands are oftentimes critical, and quickly changing, this role requires someone who is exceptional at time management and who is willing to be flexible with their time in order to meet those client demands.

  • Some Warehouse, Inventory Control and/or Forklift Experience
  • Excellent Email and Verbal Communication Skills
